Over the last week or so, the Internet has been buzzing with a cyber bullying and extortion scandal. Nigerian businessman and Forte oil billionaire Femi Otedola, claims that he was being harassed and blackmailed by two sisters out of Canada, a Jyoti and Kiran Matharoo. These sisters who are essentially upscale call girls, favor the Kardashian sisters of America in both look and behavior. The accusations are they targeted African men for extortion, inducing them into compromising positions then threatened to tell the wives of these men and publish pictures of the tristes online if payment wasn’t made to them.

These high profile prostitutes were arrested in Nigeria over the last two weeks and it is alleged that preliminary investigation found pictures and video of African businessmen participating in sexual acts with the sisters on their computers. They have since pleaded not guilty to the charges yet remain in custody. Also, a videotaped apology was offered to Otedola and his family by the sisters. They are held currently in Nigeria pending a hearing on 26 January. This story has all the makings of a salacious soap opera. We’ll have to watch this one. What do you think?
