Yoruba Nouns verbs and adverbs

Use this words in a sentence
For example Aja Ajao feran lati maa rin irin faaji ni irole ni emeta lose.
Translation: Ajao’s dog likes to go on a stroll with him in the early evening three times a week.

To identify nouns, verbs and adverbs in the sentence, by writing out on a sheet of paper the words and affix the correct description (noun, verb, adverb and adjective)
Ajá = Noun, Àjàó = Noun, feran = verb, rin = verb etc

Identify nouns, verbs and adjectives in the following statements and submit next class in week 7.

1. Ìjì náà le, ó gbé àjá náà lọ sí orí òrùlé kan (The storm was strong, it carried the dog onto the rooftop)

2. Òtútù kìí mú ẹja ní’sàlẹ̀ odò (The fish does not get cold at the bottom of the river)

3. Kinní kan ló ba Àjàò jẹ́, apá rẹ̀ gùn ju itan lọ (Something rendered ajao useless, its arma are longer than its legs)

4. Ọ̀sán àti òru wọn kìí ja ara wọn níyàn (The daytime and the late night never have cause to argue)

5. Ọmọdé ìkókó náà nké kikankikan (The young infant child cries uncontrollably)

6. Ọmọ náà bọ̀wọ̀ fún ìyá àti bàbà rẹ̀ dáradára. (The child showed deep respect to her father and mother)

7. Iṣẹ́ ni Oògùn ìṣẹ́

8. Apá lará, ìgúnpá ni iyèkan

9. Ọkùnrin náà náwó nọ́ra ní ọjọ́ ìgbéyàwó rẹ̀ (The man spent lots of money during his wedding)
