Cut spinach, Onions, Palm oil, Salt, Blended pepper (Tatase, Rodo, Tomatoes, Onion), Seasoning as preferred (Knorr chicken, Accent Salt, Maggi Star).

Pounds Yam and Water.

The Porridge: Yoruba Style
Recipe:
Yam, Blended pepper, Palm oil/Vegetable oil, onions, Water, Seasoning (as needed), Salt/Duagr, Spinach, and Egg.
